METHOD & GOALS •
ITEAT Academy Courses have been planned and designed with the focus on the most
modern and effective learning methodologies, following the highly successful Italian cooking school model.
They are mainly hands on and includes group training. Every practical session will end with a tasting section.
The course is intensive, lasts 30 hours and will allow you to work immediately. The theory is necessary to
know all the ingredients that are used in the preparation of the dough. They also provide the necessary
knowledge on ovens, ingredients for fillings, and cooking times. The practice is carried out in equipped
